Welcome
Alberta has hosted great Taekwondo events and this tradition continues this year in Calgary. On behalf of the Board of Directors and members of the Alberta Taekwondo Association, I would like to welcome everyone to the 2008 Canadian Junior National Taekwondo Championships.
Master Yoon Sang Ha, himself a former world class athlete, will do an outstanding job of representing our sport, our province and our Association in hosting this event. Our junior athletes are the future of our sport and the winners from this Championship will represent Canada at the World Championships in Turkey in May.
We ask for your support in making this event the best it can possibly be. I wish all the athletes and coaches best of luck.
